Just received my Ballester Mollina from Sarco. It's in really great shape! New grips, the whole thing was gone through. The barrel will need a bit of attention. The trigger pull is better than my Model 70 Gold Cup! Not bad for $199 plus $18 shipping to Oregon. Not an endorsement, just the truth, Sarco did good by me.

You'll have a ball with that Ballester! They're really nice guns. Some of the guys have gone crazy over them and are trying to buy all of them for themselves, LOL. Sounds like you got a really nice one, though!!

I havent gone cazy and try to buy all them like some have, but I have three. They are very nice pieces. Actually , I am thinking of buying two more while they are on sale but not sure if I really need 5 of them. Maybe use the money on another 1911 of some kind ........:)

Sounds like this "ballester" thing is more of an affliction! I better be carefull! I've had my Gold Cup for over twenty years, never put more than two hundred rounds through it. I haven't shot this Ballester yet..........maybe I shouldn't!! Might get bit by the bug. Why would you want more than two?

Hey Salbo!!

Get some more and then we'll have to discuss some trades! I want one too but I'm concentrating on rifles since I have a .45. Those Ballesters are great and talk about a buy!! $299 for two??

There's never "enough" or "too many" when you're talking guns!! LOL If you have the ways and means, you'd better get as many as you want. Sooner or later they'll all be gone and if you want one then, you'll wind up paying exhorbitant prices. Just like the Yugo M59/66. Right now they're cheap and plentiful, but it won't last much longer!
