Steel core ammo

So where can any of the steel core ammo still be bought from?? Anyone know??

In BATF letter dated 2-2-1994 it states that FFL licencees can't import or sell steel core ammo.
Non FFL holders are the only ones that can sell steel core ammo. I have seen a few people advertising on this and other boards 20 round boxes for $10. Look in the for sale section on this board.
