Can you reload Wolf 7.62 cartridges?

I've reloaded wolf .45acp so I guess you COULD reload wolf 7.62x39. You'd have to have the special berdan decapper.

Check out the berdan primer album for pics of the tool and berdan primer spec/price sheets.
The tool is $46.99 from www.midwayusa.com. (http://www.midwayusa.com.) The real problem is that the primers are imported in the US by the Old Western Scrounger only and cost $$.
So unless you are reloading a obsolete cartridge that no boxer brass in avalibale for, the cost is kinda prohibitive.
But wanting to go where "no man has gone before". I bought the tool and some berdan primers. I have reloaded 100 7.62x39mm steel cases just because so many people post on the net that you can't do it.
For the same $ as the tool and 1000 primers cost I could have bought a 1000 rds of Wolf ammo.
