Why do you send me these pretty pretty flyers so pretty and glossy green with such nice goodies in them to buy??? Woe is Redstar, so many things to purchase, so little money. The pictures of the Albanians look so tempting, mayhaps I need a third?

$50 off three Yugo SKS'?? Oh dear.

Albanian accessories?? For sure tomorrow.

Ammo? Haven't even looked close yet but I'm sure there's something in there I don't have enough of.

Oh AIM. Can't live with them can't live without them. :)

I just bought my new gun safe on Friday and had to borrow money from the wife to get a stick of gum at the store. So nothing you say Redstar can make me order anything that costs more that 20 cents......oh wait, I need to add that to the nickel I found in the sofa cushions this afternoon for a cup of coffee tomorrow....... :D

Got my flyer too. Wasn't planning on buying anything else, but I might have to swing for another K98 and an M38 tomorrow.

A coworker of mine, who just got his C&R, just ordered a No4MkI Enfield from Interordnance. He was wanting one from SS, but oh well. I told him that as soon as that rifle comes in, burn the damn license lest you end up like the rest of us poor souls!! :D

You know for the past several years, I have been putting my change in a big pickle jar. Oh and storing it in my truck/car, when they get full, I switch to the jar. this was supposed to be for the kids when they get older and discover the value of $$. But I am thinking of turning that in for paper so that I can get some more K98's!! Later on in life that can be changed into paper too!! (if needed) Damn those flyers!! makes me work more overtime.

Aim Flyers, the green one, I brought it back with me after my trip last week. If you think you have a hard time with a little old flyer, try standing in the wearhouse looking at all this stuff in person! Ieeeeeeee!:eek:

I bought an American Securities Safe. It is 72.5 x 40 wide. Attached is a pic out of the brochure. Mine is just like it but it has Black granite finish.

My old safe is 63x33 wide and is stuffed full . I think this one should take awhile to fill up......:)

Big is good! Great looking safe! I have a Ft. Knox and an old Browning. THe Ft. Knox is also big...and yes, mine are both full!

thanks......after shopping for a couple months it came down to a Ft Knox and the one I got. They are basically the same safes except the one I got is 2 inches taller and my dealer gave me a pretty good deal on it and had it in stock. I hate ordering and waiting...hehe. Actually, I had the help to get it in the house available that day and didnt know when I could get them all together again. So I had to move quickly......I love it. It is all lit up inside which my old safe isnt. And has a 52 gun cap with 3 shelves. It will take me a long time to fill it I hope. It also has a velour interior instead of carpet . I wasnt sure about it at first but now I really like it.

Lights are the way to go...my new one has them too...I also went with an electronic keypad rather than the dial type and LOVE it! Fast and when I was broken into a while back, the safe was easily re-opened (by me) by splicing the wires. I was back in the ol' girl in less than 15 minutes...they beat the safe, knocked off the keypad...etc...but never got in either safe...Ft. Knox even gave me a new safe! I had the locksmith put an electronic keypad on my Browning after seeing how well they worked.

My AIM flyer comes weeks after you guys, if at all.

I get a million SOG flyers all the time, and though I prefer doing business with AIM, SOG seems to get a lot of my $$$ too.

AIM's sponsorship of this and other forums has my first $$$ tho'. Hope their ad dollars are showing a return.

If somebody feels compelled to post a copy of the flyer it wouldn't upset me at all ;) I never seem to get a copy of this one, the SOG, or Century's mailing although Centerfire, cdnn, and J&G are good at sending me stuff.

OT: but did you see the price on the SKS strippers in the CDNN cat. I ordered some at $2.99 per 20 and was very pleased with their function in my Russian.
