I OWN SEVERAL ASSAULT WEAPONS BUT THE KBI AK IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES, BESIDES MY BULGARIAN. MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THE AKU-94 WORHTY OF MY KBI, OR WOULD IT JUST BE A FOOLISH MISTAKE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE SA-85M KBI IS A HIGH QUALITY AK. IM NOT IN THE MOOD TO SPEND $300 DOLLARS TO RUION MY RIFLE ON A PEICE OF PLASTIC,UNLESS IT WILL VALUE MY RIFLE WHEN COMPLETE..!.....M.O.A

SEE IF, oops, See if you can find one already completed. You don't have to shoot it, just check the trigger. I think you'll know what the answer is....the triggers suck.

I'll second that. I test-fired one of these recently, and the trigger was AWFUL!! It is connected to the actual trigger group by some kind of wire link. I would keep your baby just the way it is.

m.o.a. why are you yelling? http://www.ak-47.net/akcgi/smile.gif I have also heard the triggers suck but have never had the chance to fire one. I would think there has to be a way to improve it though. A thicker rod perhaps?

If you want a bullpup, and will accept the .223, look at the Bushmaster. It's not an AK, but mine has been very dependable so far. This is the way all rifles should be -- short, all the weight between the hands (low torque moment, so it moves fast), long barrel, wicked looking. If you find the right place, you can get it under $600. Put a red-dot sight on it. The issue sights are useless. Bushmaster calls them 25 metre sights, and that may be pushing it.

The Senate hearings demonstrated illegal IRS lawbreaking as everyday and commonplace. Below is very common:
° Section 3705 requires any IRS notice to include the name and telephone number of an IRS agent to contact. Most IRS notices contain no name making them fraudulent.
° Section 6001 & 6011 says you only obey regulations, not what IRS letters, or what some IRS agent says
° The IRS uses Section 6331(d) in many of their extortionary notices. That has its implementing regulation in Title 27 part 70, alcohol, tobacco and firearms. Most Americans are not engaged in any alcohol, tobacco and firearms production.
° No one can be proven liable for the income tax or fabricated IRS penalties or the underlying tax liability and you can demand proof of such liability according to Code Section 6330(c)(2)(B).
° IRS "penalties" can not be imposed on anyone absent of a court order see 26 USC 7401, 7402, 7403 and IRM 546 section 19(b)(2)
° IRS employees/criminals have no authority to send out fraudulent demands or notices for money since it’s outside of their delegated authority pursuant to 7608.
° IRS extortionary notices are never attested to, sworn to, or have a declaration attached pursuant to 26 USC 6065 and authentication under Seal oF District Director
° No IRS employees have delegation orders allowing them to send out demands, notices or any other threatening communications through the US mail
° IRS agents ignore requests for initial "examinations" and "interviews" as provided for in Publications 1 & 5
° No lien for taxes pursuant to Section 6321 and 6322 are possible because there’s no legal assessment.
° IRS agents don’t send out statutory "Notice and Demand" for payment of the taxes at issue as required by Code Sections 6203, 6321, and 6331
Since no IRS Agent/extortioner has the authority to fine or penalize any citizen without a judicial trial (as they attempt to do with your bogus notices and letters), they are guilty of violating:
TITLE 18-Sec. 872. Extortion by officers or employees of the United States
USC 18, § 242. Deprivation of rights under color of law
TITLE 18, United States Code Section 1341. Frauds and swindles
TITLE 18--Sec. 876. Mailing threatening communications
TITLE 26, Sec. 7214 STATUTE (a)Unlawful acts of revenue officers or agents
TITLE 26, Sec 6304 harassment and abuse of taxpayers.
According to the taxpayer bill of rights and Air Transport Ass’n of America v. Dept. of Trans., 900 F2d. 369, 376 (D.C. Cir. 1990) "a party has the right to notice and a hearing before being forced to pay a monetary penalty."
