Charley's Surplus Sales has NATO spec 3-mag
pouches that have LC-2 clips for the USGI
pistol belt. I have a set, and they are great. See their ad in Shotgun News.

There are plenty of mag pouches out there but most are belt models. I have a Hungarian pouch that holds four mags and has a shoulder strap as well as belt loops but I have not seen these for sale for a while. There is a Chinese five cell pouch with a shoulder strap and, of course, the classic Chinese chest pouch with shoulder straps. D&T has the latter and there is a link in their reply above. There have been 4 cell Bulgarian pouches at gun shows lately but the ones that I have seen are 40 rounders. There is an ad in SGN from a place called "Sgt Boots" (877)-748-2668 that lists 3 pocket mag pouches with shoulder strap for $8.50. This might be what you are looking for.
