Both are in very good condition. I'd say at least 95% (just some very minor scratches on pistol grip). It has the 1" rubber butt plate, hole for the cleaning kit cut out, a cleaning kit, and the pistol grip screw with tang screw. I think $60 shipped is a good price. If you don't think so, make a reasonable offer.
