I usually wind mine about five complete turns, then about half through I wind it 3 more times just to be sure.

I wind my 75rd all the way... Is that wrong? I've never had any feed problems, except the time I forgot to wind it.

My buddy has an instruction sheet that came with his 75 round drum. It says to wind it 6 turns. Works for me.

Anyone else seen these instruction sheets? Out of me and my friends we have about 7 drums and this is the only sheet I've ever seen.

Take your pick from the PDF or ZIP'd GIF's

I've put thousands of rounds through my drums. I always use 6 half turns or 3 full turns. You will not have to stop in the middle of firing tthe 75 rd drum, and turn it more. If you do, you have a weak spring, and it is not an effective drum. The enemy won't let you stop and recrank your drum spring when you want to......
