2 IDPA matches per month usually 4 courses of fire, alternating side matches for rifle and shotgun. Usually take the shotgun out every two months additional for clays, and the rifles out on the odd months. Hunt a lot, 3 big game hunts, multiple small game in avariety of conditions. Hike a lot, practice dry fire/holster work one night a week. Used to run cross country now i hate it (running) taking up fencing as another martial sport for fun.. Soccer on weds nights.
never been in the military but like to hike back country using my boy scout compass and map.
