Sonorco ? overalls

my bro just walked in with some OD green coveralls that look military, the maker was Sonorco, hes heard of it but cant remember where or what country this might of orginated from, it has velcro and buttons that up from the waist across to the shoulder and then over to the neck line, and also has elastic cuffs with longer ones over that extending down further --on both the wrists and ankles
all for 20 bucks
anyone know about this or have any more info on it ?

also being it was OD green, from about 10 ft away and limited light it made him relativly concealed at night, only things that really stuck out was his bare face and hands
