The forged olympic will be a perfect match to your olympic parts kit. Just about any other lower will also do - plenty to choose from, but the Oly is among the least expensive forged offerings.

I agree with Circuits, go with the T3 forged, the cast "plinker" I got I was not very impressed with, it's functional but color is off and it just doesn't look as good as my Bushy or my Oly T3.

I saved about $60 with the sale price, so thats good, but for the kit being almost all assembled, with a test fired and head-spaced bolt, they're hard to beat, I think they are the only mfgr. selling the kits headspaced and test fired.

p.s. got the 20inch barrel also, it's what the 5.56mm was designed for, so that is the right one in my opinion.

about an hour and a half to assemble the lower reciever, another half hour to finish it up, looks real good, parts all fit great, fit and finish are first rate.......top end all assembled, so not much to it, total cost with shipping and lower reciever was $587.....not counting mags and sling....I'm happy
Ruskie
p.s. will test fire and report back this week

works very well, was about 10inches low, used front sight to zero at that range, groups with open sights, semi- bench rested, were at under 2 or 3 inches, at best a few in 1 inch.......... used Israeli military ball winchester, 55gr fmj, and barnaul 55gr fmj, both shot about the same accuracy wise..............absolutely no feed or extraction problems...........using 20rd GI aluminum mags.
beautiful day to be at the range, about 70F clear and sunny, too bad I could only shoot paper............how boring! I
Recommend the Olympic PCR4 in kit form, or as a complete rifle, very easy to assemble reciever, and top end is already done for you..............Ruskie

went to the range today to try out my new pcr4 from oly....i was really pleased with it ! not one malfuntion of any kind! used bushy 10 rd mags..... LOL i'am in love.......ran 100 rounds throught it using the oly arms break in guide....then set up a target at 100 yards and it held 2" to 3" groups semi bench rest ....used the south african ammo with no problems....smoooooth action...i like my aAK in .223 but this is sweet!! first time i have fired an AR type since boot in 1970....really glad i got one......will think about a scope down the road or maybe a red dot, have a red dot on my ak an it is nice. i know i will be back at the range asap!!!........hummmm i think i want a flat top next, got the fever bad now lol.
