THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL SITE! This site is for people who have already made up their minds
about politics. WHAT FOLLOWS IS NOT PART OF A RECRUITING PITCH FOR THE
MILITIAS. It is for those labeled "Right Wing Extremists" because they have already "joined" the
"Patriot Movement." It is not the intention of the author to recruit anyone to this cause, nor to justify,
defend, or win sympathy to the cause.

I've been leaving links to the War College for quite some time now and nobody ever seems to read it. I have printed the whole site and read over it continually.
I highly recommend it!!

Ya Hoss
Sometimes I don't understand people. This is one of the best sites. I think it should be a must read, it gives a person the foundation that they need to build on.

Just to let you know, I visited that site because of a link I found here.
I read it through before I left and I will go back again and again. Thanks!
Don't stop telling folks about it!
I may add it to my already long signature.
Why don't we ALL add it to our sig and then everyone will wonder what the fuss is about and go read it!
What do you think?
------------------
Aye, fight and you may die, run and you'll live. At least a while. And dying in your beds many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take our freedom?!

Heavy Trigger,
Stop quoting movies,(i.e Braveheart)
and try composing some original thoughts.
The "War College " is yet again proof that
wannabe's own computers. It is just one mans
ramblings of hatered and ignorance. The only
way true political revoluton will occur, is
when the closet rambos stop typing with one
hand and take a active part in government.
And not just talking about it.
Popeye,
I don't know what you seem to be talking about. The War College is chock full of sound military doctrine and guerilla tactics. The individual who authored the site may have different views than you on certain issues but that does not mean that the site is nothing but "ramblings of hatred and ignorance". You obviously failed to read farther than the intro.
By the way, what's so bad about the quote from Braveheart? Seems like a good one to me.
Welcome to the board!

Looks like the author of the page has an opinion..
I am most alarmed at the state of readiness most units are in. Are not in, would be more accurate. Given what I've seen around Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Indiana, I honestly believe that the combat effectiveness of these units would be negligible.
I did not post that to insult, nor did the author and admittedly the word negligible bites very hard.

Hoss,
I am not arguing the fact that
the author has offered some sound military
advice. Some of it reflects what i learned
in the marines. But when the author injects
his personal beliefs, it no longer stays a
platform of military indoctrination. But
becomes a soapbox from which he preaches.
For example, "When beastiality becomes
normalized as homosexuality now is ". He
writes of the germans operating a air base
in the southwest, but fails to mention that
the United States has operated bases in the
german republic since the close of World
War Two. And the fact the germans are in
the southwest is for training their pilots.
Since european air space is congested with
commerical flights. Anyone who has flown
to europe will concur.
The author has also refered to modern
military leaders as "cookie sheet generals"
and has called Patton and MacArthur
"Stalwarts". But if you read your american
history, it is these same two "great" men
who led US troops against the Bonus Vets
during the depression. Driving them out of
Washington, D.C. , and burning the tent
citys the vets were living in. But any
"patriot" should know this.
My point is this, when a person offers
military advice and tatics, it should be
just that. It should not be clouded with
personal beliefs, anyone who has served in
the armed forces will tell you that.
Not all people share the same beliefs,
religious convictions, ideals and life
styles. But isnt that what founded this
country.

Has the operator of that website ever fixed the text/background color problem? I'm too scared to look myself, I almost started bleeding from the eyeballs last time. My eyes are bad enough as it is. THAT is the main reason I don't frequent that place.
Some of the political statements there don't help much either. It's his website so he can say whatever he likes, but that doesn't mean I have to subject myself to it.

just a comment:
the dude is right about the German bases in the US....
it has some more to it though: due to harsh winters in Europe most nations looks for a good climate to be able to train their pilots the whole year (+ less crowded airspace), and when back in Germany they train Winter flights too -I guess
I cannot really understand the "patriot" fear for some german pilots training on their territory...if we take into account that a whole lot more of US soldiers are on bases in Germany with Tanks, Helis, Planes etc.
(Germany has been a major platform for sending troops into the gulf / jugoslavia / kosovo)
and that the US has (probably still) nuclear weapons on German soil -(Germany itself is /was prohibited to own these )
so id advise all of the people that fear the "evil" Germans invading the US to chill out http://www.ak-47.net/akcgi/smile.gif
they (we?) didnt suceed in Europe in 2 world wars-why should the be stupid enough to get involved in an oversea theatre?

((Code10)) We do have many assets there.
Another point.
When the Army prepared me to fight in VietNam?? They prepared me to fight.. The training was to learn combat skills, the fact that my butt was there said I would be fighting so convincing of the whys were not required... So why waste the "tactical training" time with talk??
True, it is their website, but it is my time.. http://www.ak-47.net/akcgi/smile.gif
