The Good Lord works in mysterious ways.
Tonight I plan on going up to Home Depot and gettins some lighting for taking pics plus some background drop.
The reason I bought this turk is when we were getting ready to move and cash deprived my brother paid for my golf grips and told me it was my birthday present. Well I asked him if he wanted Turk #2 and of course he said yeah. It's a walnut stock tiger stripe, funny cleaning rod, beech handguard no bluing rifle that I loved just for the used character it exudes.
Well I just got another one from Aim. It's the Turks up on their new arrivals. Covered in cosmoline it's in better conditions with a few dings. Also appears to be a conversion. It's dated 1936 and the bolt release has an extension that follows the contour of the receiver upwards. May or may not be a tigerstripe but appears so now. Bluing is also a questionmark. This rifle makes it easier to give #2 a new home (though I wish he'd said his wife would say no to it).
