got a few green followers for mags, can't figure out how to install them without bending something, the tab on the bottom of the follower is too long, any suggestions?

Here is what works for me :) Where the spring goes through the post on the follower I take a small screw driver and pry the spring
out. It has enough give in it to do that without bending it. When
inserting the new green follower tilt it and insert the spring
partly just a little into the hole then by turning the follower a little
the spring will pop into the hole. Hope this makes sense and helps :D

Forgot to add this :) When sliding the new follower back into the mag body tilt it it's sort of hard to discribe but if you try it it will make sense took me a few mins to get it in the first time now its a breeze.

Did you buy the green followers that have the straight front anti-tilt leg. There are a lot of them out there that are curved and are NOT IN SPEC. They should look straight up and down and not curved inward. Bushmaster sell the real deal ones.

Patience and a good touch are required to learn the art of installing green followers.

you basically have to put them in front first, angled along the long axis and a bit side-to-side, with a final twist. Nothing good comes quick, cheap or easy.

am finding out that they are recommended for 30 round mags, not the preban metal follower 20 rounders that
I have, so piss on em, I will leave em alone.

Yeah, I had no luck with putting them in 20 either, but will take them off your hands for the right price if you wqanna sell, if so, how many you got?
