I know this is not related to AR-15 discussion but i wasnt sure where else to get some info, but i was curious if anyone is familiar with the belgium assault rifle FNC? If anyone is unfamiliar with it, this is the badass looking carbine that Al Pacino uses in the best gunshoot movie ever HEAT. They are just a little more expensive then a AR-15 but i guess they are pretty much all prebans. The only ones i have found had a folding stock. Anyway they are supposed to accept the same magazines as the AR and i was just wondering if anyone knows any thing else about them. Are they reliable? Accurate? good gun, bad gun?

They do indeed accept AR-15/M-16 mags. As far as a little more expensive than ARs, I'm assuming you mean pre-ban ARs, most FNCs go for $2000 and above. I've never known anyone that owned one, but if it's a Belguim FN, you know it's gonna be a kick ass rifle.

thats good to know. i was wondering whether is was a quality weapon or not. its a bad ass looking gun. i loved it in that movie HEAT
