Weird SKS

Almost purchased an SKS this week that appeared to take AK mags. Markings said mfg. by Six corp. in China. Looks like a standard Norinico AK. Problem was, the 5 round AK mag in the mag well woudn't come out of the gun! Anyone know anything about this gun?

Does this SKS have a thumbhole stock on it?

I had an SKS with a thumbhole stock on it and it was very hard to remove the five or twenty round AK mags.

I had no trouble inserting or removing thirty round mags.

I feel that the smaller mags have such a tight fit when inserted into the SKS's receiver and without having the leverage of the thirty round mags it can be an bear to remove them.
