All blued with "in the white bolt" not factory reconditioned. Asking 420.00 OBO. e-mail me at ak47mark@netscape.net thanks!
All Russian SKS's were factory reconditioned before importation. This is why the spring on the safety is missing.

What do you mean by "reconditioned"? I don't think some of the Russian SKS's had the safety springs to begin with, but I could be wrong. I know my new/never fired Russian SKS had black marker on the steel buttplate where the bluing had been worn a little in storage. I quickly removed the marker, and the plate doesn't look bad at all. At least it looks original now http://www.ak-47.net:81/akcgi/smile.gif
I have looked closely at 80+ russian rifles that my friend/gun dealer ordered. He ordered them in lots of 20. After field stripping/looking over the first 20. We called KBI the importer and where told that all had been factory reconditioned before importation. We asked about the missing safty springs and were told that they were left off the rifles after cleaning/rebluing.
