broken red buffer

tried your email address on website, but wouldn't work. had less than 500rds. with it in my veprII 7.62x39 and it broke across the top where the spring goes thru. is this normal?

rsloan1@comcast.net has always worked for me. The buffer should not break, I know for a fact that Blackjack stand behind their buffers. I can also tell you that the owner has been very busy with development of his new buffer but should be getting back to you soon, he reads these threads constantly when I am not driving him crazy with data on his prototype buffers that I have been testing for him.

didn't mean to flame blackjack! tried the email, and wasn't working, maybe i was screwing up, this computer can be crazy. he emailed me immediately, and warrantys(sp?) the things, so i'm gonna send it back. i'm always impressed when someone will take care of a problem quickly, not that much of that around in today's world! everybody that i've met on this board has been great, and all the products that have been referred have been great too!!!!!!!
