I would appreciate your input on the quality, reliability, and accuracy of the ROMak SSG 97 Dragunov Sniper Rifle in 762X54 caliber. It is advertised with a 8X42 scope and accessories for $670.00. Is this a fair price? Is this rifle worth buying? What brand and load of ammunition is best for this rifle?
Check out any post about the Romak3. It's the same rifle.
Where did you see it for that price? I want one!
This is a better price.

The $644 InterOrdnance price doesn't include the scope. That is $50 extra, or $694. Still a bargain.

I got mine from interordnance for that price .
The rifle came first, then the scope about 2 weeks later because they were backorderd. AFAIK they are the only place that offers the big scope with the rifle.
It was well worth the wait, and I am very pleased with the rifle. I had not seen this particular version of the scope before,it is a permafocus type, always in focus and no diopter adjustment needed.
