We've discussed it here before, and the NRA website has a good discussion on it as well. I'd say that this is the sole glimmer of hope in an otherwise turbulent time.

Lets just say that we're all holding our breaths and hoping that the law is interpreted correctly. Because if it isn't, we just accelerated down the long road to tyranny.
