He.He,I was bidding on a svd mag on ebay and finaly quit when it got over 55.00,so i come home today and see i have an email from ebay notifing me theres another svd mag for auction,I check it out and it was just listed and has a buy now for 49.99,I click it and now i have one for a good price, the other one went for 77.00!

I got 4 SVD mags and the 4 mag pouch from Auction Arms for $155.00. Kind of makes up for paying $60 for the SVD sling (although it is a very nice sling).

I saw your bid and hoped you got it.I just wanted a spare,I think Mike got a little more on the next set he put up.I am still trying to work a deal with him on some stuff,hopefully in Feb. I will have the money that he wants.Hell I am still recuperating from christmas!Did you get the cheek pad?

$60 for the sling? Ouch! Russian SVD's use the same sling as the AK-74. It's tan canvas with the metal clip on one end. I think you can still find them at CDNN for $1.99. Maybe you bought an RPK sling? Those I think have a padded piece in the middle.

Berg-The one with the pad in the middle is the one i got. I thought it was a SVD sling. Oh well, it looks pretty cool on the Tiger anyway.

PeeWee- Mike just mailed out the cheek pad yesterday, it should be here in a couple of weeks.

Most likely the padded sling was a PKM Machine Gun sling. They are padded unlike the AK slings.
