77 year-old Claude Allen of Jacksonville, Florida hasn’t shot a gun since World War II. That didn’t affect his marksmanship when he shot and killed an 18 year-old intruder who burst into his home and threatened he and his daughter, Shirla Menendez, 49. Apparently, this punk forced Shirla to tie up her dad. Thank God she wasn’t a girl scout or Navy Boatswain because dad got out and retrieved his 9mm. The scum ransacked the house with Shirla in tow and threatened to blow her head off. Instead he spared her to carry her mother’s jewelry box. That’s when dad popped his pistol. "He did not want to shoot the kid." But, I say you gotta do what you gotta do.
I wonder in what state’s you would be a criminal for this act of self defense?
