Anybody know definitively whether or not I can own a F/A here in MN???I am under the impression that Silencers are illegal but F/A rifles are allowed???

Sorry guy but it doesn't look like MN is on the list of states that allow F/A ownership.

Yeh that's where I saw it....though I was under the impression from another site that F/A was legal in MN...Just not silencers.
I also recieved an email from autoweapons where they are not sure one way or the other.
Anyone else that knows for sure????

Minnesota is not a *class 3* state. There are class 3 dealers (Bill's in Robbinsdale)but they only cater to LEO.
My info is base on 3 years behind a gun counter in Northern MN.

Thanks to all that replied.I have found out definitively that full auto in MN is permitted.(CURIO AND RELIC)
While I can't get say an M16 or HK G3 I can get an early Armalite Ar15 and Armalite AR18....Of course all the WWII auto's too....
GREAT NEWS....AT least I can own some.
