24inch Varmint upper

i was interested in buying a 22-250 bolt action varmint rifle...but i am now leaning towards purchasing a 24inch varmint upper and mating it to my bushmaster DCM lower. 556 ammo alot cheaper than 22-250.

who makes and sells a good "complete" varmint upper that is reasonably cheap. bushmaster wants $600 for theirs.

I'm not for sure but I think my friend can get you a good deal on a bushmaster's 24" varminter... ~ $350-$450 depending on if you want the bolt carrier & charger.

M&A parts. They're on the back of most Shotgun News editions.
www.m-aparts.com Most of these retailers on the lower end (J&T, Model 1 Sales, etc) use the same parts. Still, it's nice to actually see what you're buying.
Anyway, the varmint upper runs about $389,IIRC. I keep meaning to pick one up, but my money always gets spent on other nice toys.
