post ban NHM91 ?

I saw a NHM91 at a pawn shop with a clubfoot stock . The guy said that it was a pre ban . I believe the 91 is the first year it was imported , which makes it a post ban and should not have the clubfoot stock unless in conjunction with a few more American made parts . Does that sound about right or is it possible that China exported the NHM91 in 1989 ? If the guy at the pawn shop is correct maybe they came out with the AK47 in 1860 . Those yankee bastards would have had there hands full .

NHM-91 is post ban.
As long as it has 5 USA parts, the pistol grip is legal.
