Im not sure if this is the right group to ask or not, but here goes... My buddy got a steal on two old bricks of Remington "Clean Bore" 22 Target ammo... basically he paid $14.00 for 1050 rds Well we emptied out the brick boxes and, low and behold, 5 full 50 rd boxes of Peter's Rustless Target 22 and 1 box of Western Ultra Match MKII fell out amongst the other Remington ammo. My question is this... Does anyone know the current market value of this old ammo (particularly the Western MKII ammo)? We looked online but couldnt find anything about the Western MKII (we did find info on MKIII and MKIV however). The info we found on the Peter's ammo gave us the impression that it might be worth as much as $20 a box (there were some lower numbers as well). I must point out that all of these boxes and the ammo inside are in mint condition. We were just curious so I told my friend that Id ask around for info. Thanks ahead of time for any replies.

That the box? This guy shows $20 for it. Is this the MkII target? https://www.wardscollectibles.com/im...mages/2068.jpg This one was started at $20, but no takers.

Yep!!! Those are the boxes. I think I saw that guy's website. I guess one could say that this ammo is worth whatever someone will pay for it and it looked like some of the Peter's had sold at the $20 dollar mark... but, Im a little apprehensive about saying one way or another on value. Thanks for looking, if anything else turns up please let me know.
