Ditto Waltonshooters answer. Feds had too many failures to fire, and except for the 22 shorts don't really like CCI. JMHO

For those rating CCI Blazers against Federal Lightnings:
Hold up a box of these two sometime. I've got bricks of both, and they are IDENTICAL in shape, size, packaging, etc. CCI and Federal are both owned by the same company. I haven't run chrono tests on them, but I have my suspicions that this stuff might be very similar (same quality control, bullets and propellants with different cases perhaps).

My choice would be Lightnings,Blazers and Wildcats. I've never had bad experiences with any of these rounds. I've had Federal failures to fire, but only with round or so per brick.
I've found CCI ammo to be some of the most consistent as far as velocity and accuracy.
Wildcats had some recalls a year or two back, but I've never had trouble with them.
