Seems the .22 ammo I leave in my PU over the summer gets hot, wax runs and then I get a small annoying percentage of duds. I'm using Federal Champions in the 550 bulk packs, which is pretty clean shooting ammo for the most part. Is there a better brand for hot weather? Has anyone had this problem?

You're going to have that problem with any of the wax coated ammo. The Remington bulk pack and some of the CCI stuff are all I can think of that arean't outside lubed.
