    Thumbs up Mossberg customer service

    12 days ago I got myself a Mossberg Tactical with adjustable LOP stock. It did not include the front sling swivel. I ordered a sling swivel from them and it turned out to be for the back.

    I called them up and told them their website clearly showed that model having the front swivel. They mailed it out for free and it arrived in central OK from Conn. in about 68 hours. I was favorably impressed with the shipping time. (I kept the back swivel).

    Thought it might be worth telling.

    yeah , my buddy bought a 579 22 from his bro. and wanted a manual for it,called em and they said theyd get one to him within the week ,free of charge.....after about a week he called back and they had no record of his first correspondence, and seemed sincerely concerned with the mix up....................................end of story
