MN Gov gives in, no new taxes

Gives me hope the R's can likewise to obama, although ironically they did this in part by increasing their borrowing ability...

"We have a framework agreement, I guess is the best way to look at it," Senate Majority leader Amy Koch said, adding that details will have to ironed out, then drafted, over "the next couple of days."

The R's caved on some very important things. VOTER ID for one.
It's ironic, they cave on the one item that the Governor is sitting in that chair arguing with them as a direct consequence of not having......

If it's just this special session they're talking about fine, but if they have to give that up for his entire term, I'm finished with these jackholes. The only reason Dayton and Franken have their seats is e have no voter ID. You can VOUCH for up to 15 people, and two counties in the city are ripe for that every election.
