Day at the Range is a Bust

My wife is gone for the weekend and I have duty tomorrow so I thought I would run down to the range and try out my new Glenfield 22. I loaded the rifle, targets and shooting bag into my truck and drove to the range. It was closed for a Black Powder Rondezvous! What a bother and a let down. Now I have to wait till next week to see how it shoots. I will also shoot my last C&R target. Sorry for that to come to an end.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

Actually I was afraid to read that you had problems with that oldie but goodie rifle. Sorry the range was closed, but glad to hear the reason the day was a bust was not related to your playtoy!

Mine was too. There were some trucks and motorcycles parked there, but no one I could see, and no one shooting. But it was still closed for the Rondezvous.

Model 60. My brother-in-law gave it to me a couple of weeks ago. Here is a picture.

Dang that sucks! The local range I go to closes sometimes for skeet shooting, pisses me off lol.

Hopefully next time will make up for the dissapointment.
