Perfect range day- took a first timer out

Well, a time came to take my boy(8) out to shoot some real guns for the first time.
He's been "training" with some air soft pieces in the back yard.
Figured I will start him out with a bolt action 22 - the butt's a bit long, but from the bench he did very well with it - made a nice big pile of empties He now thinks it's his and calls it "Bessy" - she's a pre WWII "Ranger" made by Marlin. I guess I will have to give her up.
I fired the SVT - juts mostly function testing - adjusting gas valve. Great fun, but loud
The Luger is one I picked up last week - another attempt to get a shooter - this one's a winner and a keeper. 1941 Mauser that has been refinished. Fires fine and looks shiny
There were a few other pieces we fired...

I have a pre WW2 ranger, mine is a rebranded Model 80. I think it has the most classic (best) looks of any of my 22's.

Ranger Model 36 aka as Marlin Model 80 w/adjustable trigger.

She's been redone by previous owner, I'm guessing after an unfortunate accident - hopefully nobody was holding it when it happened.
