I mounted a Leupold 1-4x scope on my PTR via an original German claw mount and Weaver adapter. I did have to rig a huge cheek rest to get the thing to work and feel better. The whole thing ended up taller and more cumbersome than I would like.
Is there a decent lower profile mount?

The low mount works great!!!
I am not so sure about that price though....it seems higher than I remember.

Nevermind, I just checked around and that is what the MFI mounts are going for now.....you can also check out B&T mounts, they are great too.
