    FINALLY a Beta .308 drum!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ciFi-1YYdM

I've been waiting forever for this bad boy to come out! But, $470 bucks! Ouch! I was hoping they'd be more in line with their 5.56 price of about $200 bucks less.

I might have to wait for the Koreans to make a knock off.. the korean 5.56 drum is equal to the beta in quality I've found (I own both).

BTW, they've got a new 9mm drum for the Glock too!

For that price it better be super reinforced. With the weight of the ammo and the greater recoil of the .308 over the .223 I would hate to be shooting and have one or both of those drums suddenly jettison themselves from the feed tower.

Now that they make one for the Glock, with all the Beretta 92 and M9s in people's hands, where is my Beta for Beretta?!?!?!?!!?!

I would only hate them if they decided to leave the rifle during live fire.

The only thing I can add to this thread is buy from the original maker and feed the local economy rather than fueling a foreign knock off.

Gee I wonder if it works in a Kel-Tec Glock mag carbine?

It "should" work. I have both a G17 and a Kel-Tec Sub 2000... both take standard Glock mags and aftermarket Korean mags (both 17 and 33 round lengths)... I don't see why it wouldn't?

The 33rnd stick mags hangs down anyways... so the feed tower (being a copy of the stick mag) should also hang down and have no interferences?
