Black powder, oh hell I didn't even include those. Let's see ... .54 cal., .40 cal. 58 cal. 62 cal. 72 cal. and a 7 bore shoty barrel that I never built up into a weapon so ... really it's not functional.

Depends on one's point of view. Mine is more is less as in not good. Too many creates a major logistics balancing act. When I moved 23 calibers worth of ammo from NC to GA I had my epiphany about this topic. I had nearly 2 tons of guns and ammo. I have whittled it down by 10 calibers and probably close to a ton of ammo. I am not being metaphorical when I say ton btw.

Not so big I can't handle it, 4 gauges, 3 black powder calibers, and 13 rifle/pistol calibers. I'm not counting blow guns, crossbow, slingshots, air rifles, air pistols, throwing knives, darts or axes and hawks. Hmm, I'm beginning to see why some family visitors to my house get glazed eyes when they see whats in my shop or my closets. Good thing I'm old and cute or I would probably worry them.

Lessee here, for the long guns I have:

    7.62 (x39, x51, & 54r)
    5.45
    .30-30

    And the pistoles:

    .41 Mag
    .45 ACP
    10mm
    .380 ACP
    .32 ACP

.22 LR for both long guns and pistols, and 12 gauge for around the house.

What I reload? .308, 7.62 Russian, .30-30, .25-35, .243, .270 (those last 3 for family), .45 ACP, .41 Mag, 10mm for me/.40 S&W for Dad, and 9mm for Mom. Probably going to get into the .30-06 for the FIL sometime soon, he's looking for cheaper ammo for his Remy pump rifle.

308, 5.56, 45acp, and 9mm. Reload for those calibers too. Have some .22 ammo with no .22 to launch it in yet.

now the real question is.....how MUCH ammo do you have?

i recall my last round for round inventory made my head hurt.

and am i the only one who finds .22 rounds everywhere? even in places you would least expect them to be? they are like little cockroaches.

4 pistol calibers, 4 gauges, 11 rifle calibers.

Quantity adequate for several ambushes in WROL/SHTF. For combat, far more than I'll live to shoot.

Only 1 rifle and 1 pistol caliber in really short supply.
