    new guy with mak-90 problem

Hi, I'm David and i'm new here. I have a Romanian PSL and a Chinese MAK-90. I want to change the thumbhole stock on my MAK-90 to something a lot easier to handle, say a tactical stock maybe but everywhere I've looked I cant find one that will work for sure with it due to the slanted receiver. If anyone can help me I'd be greatful. Thanks!

    Welcome to the board!

Ironwood Designs makes a stock set that will fit your MAK-90 but you're talking wood and some nice wood at that but not very tactical.

    Welcome to the board!!!

    What Richard said...

I'm not sure anyone is making one, but you could see if you could find an adapter for an Ace Folding Stock.

    Welcome to the group !!!

Yes, Ironwood Designs makes some really nice stock sets for the odd-ball versions of the MAK-90. Finish the wood in an Antique Maple if you want to get very close to the original Norinco yellow.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the help guys, looks like I'll be going with Ironwood for my stock replacement which is ok, they do make some great looking stocks that will dress up my MAK-90.
