Cool 10 small arms you have always wanted....but could never have

    Let's have a fun thread.

I am curious what other's on here would list, and maybe see if we all have any specific toys in common.

So.....Let's pretend we actually had something like, oh I don't know, The 2nd Amendment.

    No BS anti-Constitution laws comply...

My 10 picks (in no particular order).

Here's to pussy and gunpowder. One to live for, the other to die by.....Goddamn though, I do love the smell of 'em both !!!

I'm pretty basic. Remove all gun laws and I would want four things. A real Type 3 milled Russian AK47, a Russian AKM, a new M4 and an MP5.

I don't own a single .308 now. Last one I had was a Browning 1919. A couple range trips with full belts of quality ammunition left a dent in my wallet that I still haven't forgotten. All .308 toys and the ammunition have all been sold. I like to shoot A LOT and I can shoot a lot more x39 and 5.56 for the same $$$$ as .308.

I look at it as a bonus that just happens to be part of my favorite aircraft. As a pilot, aircraft mechanic and firearm lover, yes that is a stretch, but...

This is a hard one, A lot of the guns I really really want I already own. Well here goes in no particualr order,

    AIA M10 No.4 mk.IV

I have been wanting one of these in the worst way for the last couple of years. It may very well be on my number one list right now. I can't find them in the US though.

    F88 Austyer

The Australian version of the AUG. I would like one of those as well. Been looking for a semi-auto equvalant for a while now with out any luck.

    PKM

I have a semi-auto but it isn't the same. I would love to have one of those. I think I would want one bult on the voltor reciver.

    Sterling Submachine gun.

I would love to have one of these as well. So far I have settled for the semi-auto version which isn't bad.

    L34A1 Sterling

Couldn't hurt to have the supressed version.

    MP-5K PDW

I have shot the MP-5 before and really like it. I have never fired this version but, I think this is the one I would want.

    SV-98

I would like one of these as well, though to the best of my knowlage they have never been exported, at least not to here.

    Winchester 1897 trench gun

I would like one. I wish some one here in the US made one. The only ones I can find are made my norinco, no thanks.

    Australian L1A1

I have the semi-auto but, I would really like the actual official real deal not a parts kit gun.

    Canadian C1

I would like one but, I can't even find a parts gun.

I think this would make my list of ten at the moment. Some others that all most made the list, MG-42, SVD, 1919A4 and, SPAS12

    (No order)
Full on Russian Ak-47 underfolder (ok, this one is first for a reason)
    Dragonov SVD
    AA12
Original Colt .45 w/birds head handle
    PPSh-41
    Original Schofield
    WWII Liberator pistol
1911 (pretty much any kind right now, but a classic would be prefered)
    LeMat pistol
    M60

    hmmmm, lets see.....

acuracy international 308/300win mag/ 338 lapua. any one, or all 3
    a real psg-1
desert eagle "kit" with the interchangeable 357/44/50 parts
one of those ar-10 "sniper" setups like ive been seeing at the gunshows, complete used packages, with the suppressor and scope mounted, all in the fitted case.

thats about all i can think of. second tier, a real (ie, full auto) milled ak would be nice.

third tier, an m-60 and m-249 would always mike nice conversation pieces.

other than that, id be just as happy with a few crates of old mausers and/or mosins to bubbatize.

    Thumbs up

This would rate very high on my short list; 550 RPM of 30-06 belt-fed goodness:

A Maxim or Vickers would be awesome as well, though it's hard to beat that old-school Made In US steel. Step #1 would be to move out of Illinois...
