Yeah, that is interesting.

What's odd is that no one, outside, noticed a person walking into and out of a store with a rifle, and called police, or at the very least, took down the tag number (if he were driving a car). One would think that it would have been rather obvious. Weird....

I love how they make the rifle so evil sounding " Russian Military Mosin Nagant, bolt action high, powered rifle". I keep trying to figure out what a "high, powered" rifle is. Does it mean it is AC powered instead of DC? Nuclear powered make it "high powered".

And the fact it is Russian "Military". Does that make it more evil?

Love the news media, too bad they just can't report without having to sensationalize it.

Russian Mosin Nagant would have been ok, but it just doesn't have that "evil" sound.

7.62x54r is a pretty "high power" round at least compared to intermediate rounds like 7.62x39 or 30-30 or low power rifle rounds like .22LR ot .17HMR.


That is a lot of firepower to use to hold up the corner store.
