    Question Golden Bear 30-06?

I just received 100 rounds of this brass-coated 145gr FMJ ammo today. I'm wondering if it's okay to run through my Garand; box doesn't give any powder grain loading info. My experience with their AK ammo has been excellent but that's a horse of a different color, as they say.

    Any feedback appreciated.

The M-1 Garand required a reduced loading in 30-06. If you use standard ammo, you will bend your operating rod. Golden Bear is standard pressure. Do not use it. Do not use any 30-06, unless it states that it is for the M-1 Garand.

I've basically been told this already by some knowledgeable folks on another site where I posted the same question. I believe I will take their advice, and yours, and save the GB for use in my 30-06 bolt rifle only.
