Escort 12Ga Pump

Does anyone have any experience with the Escort 12Ga? I got a wild hair today and went to a local gun shop looking for a Mossberg 500. They were out of them except for some that they had customized to out of my price range.

They did have an Escort though. They have just gotten them in, and didn't really know how well they shot. It did have a smooth action to it, and it looked pretty cool. I went ahead and picked one up for $249.00.

Just wondering if anyone had one, and what you thought about it.

I've handled a few and felt for the price they are well made.

No experience with them. I just know the Escort firearms are made by Hatsan Arms located in Izmir, Turkey and imported to the USA by Legacy International Sports.

I've had one since 2004 and I think it's a good shotgun for the price. I paid $200 for mine at the time. Lightweight and reliable and similar in design to a Remington 870. Congrats on the new boomstick!
