    Thumbs up Traded in my 1911 Springfield loaded ....

    So I sold/traded my loaded 1911 for $900 and found this for $950 used but my guess its seen less then 100 rds

    Hm, if it wasnt for my Kimber being so damn good to me id think about trading it in towards one of those. Thats the only way id get that kinda dough lol

    You can get rid of it easy enough by replacing the mainspring housing.

    Ive had 3 Springfield 1911's and as for that ILS I dont even notice...

    I'm not a big fan of the ILs either. It is something that isn't need created simply to cool the lawyers down I think. That being said though, it doesn't get in the way and I hardly notice it. I have actually used it a time or two. So I guess I shouldn't really complain I just don't like things on my gun that were basicly created by lawyers when it would function fine without it.
