    Should offer some weight savings. Still, even though my first handgun was a .45 Colt series 70 I prefer the Glock 21 or 30. I've always found the 1911's to be picky on ammo they like to feed reliably. Never had that problem with the Glocks.

    That's why I love my XD's it's like a 1911 and a Glock had a one night stand, and had a baby... and either you think that baby is cute... or you don't. I love it. Reliable like a Glock, but feels a lot like a 1911.

    Finally! The weight of a Glock but with the seven round single stack mag, redundant safeties and respectable size of a 1911!

    Slap one more barrel on it and I'm sold!
