Question What is the Rifle carried by Liam Neeson in the Grey?

He has a nice Scoped Bolt Action must be at least 30.06 to kill Grey Wolf's. Does anyone know what it is?

The stock looks like a Sako to me. They come in a variety of comon calibers. Hard to say.

Yep. looks like it. .308 Caliber. Too bad it did not survive the Crash. He found it but the Stock was busted, Hell, I would have looked for some duct Tape at that point.

You mean the least important piece when it comes to actually detonating a round? I'm not sure I want to see a movie where the protagonist is that stupid. I might wind up cheering for the wolves...

what I want to know is why did it only ever show him having shotgun shells and no rifle cartrages, when the only weapon he seamed to have was a bolt action rifle. I found that in order to enjoy this movie I had to just suspend any knowlege of firearm or amunition. other than that I did enjoy the movie.

    Exclamation

From what I was able to see of it freezeing the Scene, The Rifle was ok, only the Stock was broke behind the Reciever. The Scope looked ok, he could have salvaged the Rifle! Dont know where the Shotgun Shell's came from.

I gave up on seeing this movie when the trailer featured glass mini-bottles taped to fingers as a serious weapon.

    Unhappy

I just finished it. Glad I did not go to the Movies to see it. One of those films you have to stop after so long to rest from it. There was one final Scene at the end of the Credit's. It looked like the Alpha was just laying on his side?
