I really don't understand why he doesn't just release the documents, what are they going to reveal? That ATF is a bunch of fuck-ups? That's no surprise to anyone on this board but maybe the rest of the country is unaware of it.
It's going to reveal that the Obama administration with Obama's consent and direction was told to go work with BATFE to find a way to stir up a need for more gun control, to replace the 1994 Assault Weapon ban was the goal. That Obama knew, that Holder did his bidding with his blessings.
This is the only valid reason to try Executive Priveledge to hide the documents Issa is trying to get. Otherwise there IS no valid legal way to claim EP by Obama.
