    STI Spartan V

I should be picking up my new Spartan V in a couple of days and am looking forward to getting some range time in. I was wondering if I could get any advice on the best way to put the gun thru its paces to make a proper, thorough report. I plan on putting several different types/weights/makers of rounds thru the barrel, does the gun work dirty, things like that. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will also submit photos.

    Got it...

Still would like ideas on how to put this new acquisition thru its' paces. The pictures are coming, all I ask is patience. This will be the first firearm that I plan on putting thru a well thought out series of test. Everything else I own has been "Well, I am gonna grab my 'insert firearm here' and just put a shit load of rounds thru it." I understand that you want your gun porn. So do I. I need ideas, not critisism.

I promise this is not a Bullshit thread.
I was hoping to get my STI last Thursday and take it to the range for the whole rig-a-marole. Pictures, targets, the works. Unfortunately, it has yet to arrive. The shipper was not able to get it out in the mail until Saturday. Hopefully I get it tomorrow. Again, I ask that you bear with me. Hopefully I can get something out by the end of the week. Heres hoping!

Alright, this is a total fail. I finally get my new pistol, now I can't figure out how to upload the pics. Everytime I try, it tells me that the upload failed. Now admittedly, I am not too tech savvy, but I honestly didn't think it would be this hard. Again, sorry for the screw up.

Your picture is probably too big. Take the picture you want to upload and open it in Paint. You can resize the picture down a little bit. Hopefully someone can tell you the size the picture needs to be. Once it is resized then resave it and you will be able to upload it then.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

I figure for a private citizen, what you are thinking of doing is a good test. Let us know how many rounds you shoot, any FTFs or stovepipes, or any other weird occurrences, and how if it shoots to point of aim. Looking forward to seeing your review.
