I'd rather have on of the 7.62 NATO chambered ones. I don't want to introduce another chambering back into my collection.

I just sent an e-mail to J&G Sales to ask who imports/re-mans them. Also asking if barrel is lined, and if they have bi-pods available. Looks sharp!

Received message back from J&G Sales, not chrome lined barrels, no bi-pods specific for this rifle, and Century is the importer/re-manufacturer.

What I suspected, the ORF, now Assualt Weapons of Ohio, normally run about $1,300... both have had some problems but are neat rifles with a little more range and power than a .308...

Yea, they bought the company after Todd was too sick to run it. He passed away shortly later.

Where in the world did you get that info from??????

They didn't buy ORF! The bank owns ORF Inventory...they are very nice people and are moving the inventory for the bebt owned to the bank from the estate. Geeeeeez. Great people deal with confidence. The ORF receivers were off a bit though but with some tweaking they work fine.....this is why CAI went to the other manufacturer and boom that'll kill a business off right there alone.

Gunsmoke is on target, Kriss, Wife? or just employee, knows more that half the people on here.
I believe they hired a old ORF employee? Or keep in touch with him, He is the one who got rid of the bad recievers.

I just tried to order a M76.. Barrels are backlogged. Also, most surplus 8mm ammo, made when the titanic was made, shell casing are a little to brittle? so I am waiting for a week before ordering. A year ago, I tried to get them to make a PSL milled reciever.

I can't exactly remember... seems like a discussion over at The AK Forums... or a talk with the guy I bought my M76 from...

I had called at one point and talked to Todd, who said he had been having health problems. I was waiting for Todd to get a shipment of parts in when I ran accross the other rifle. That was about the same time Gunsmoke sold me the case of sniper ammo and the Yugo SKS...

Here's where to get them. The price has almost doubled. I just paid for mine, now comes the long wait for them to get to my FFL transfer dealership.

I may have posted this in another part of the forum, but not here. Since this is specific to the Zastava M76, why not spread the good news?
