OK I thought that's what I saw there.
I don't think a .22 will set off factory Tannerite without a little tweaking to the formula which could be why he had it in the bags.
It may have also been "White Lightning" which will set off with a .22 according to this:

White Lightning is very similar to Tannerite, but can be detonated with anything from a .22 cal to a high powered rifle, to a pistol. These little things are extremely loud! They are very easy to mix just like Tannerite. These are the flagship of all high end exploding .22 targets. There is nothing on the market like it.

Thank you for that info Full Otto. I bookmarked the page and will probably place an order. The item that flew up in the video was a metal computer case. It was turned inside out from the blast.
