Must be nice to have lotsa money! Regardless, a real treasure for those who enjoy rare Russian rifles.

Nice, if I read that right made in 1994. I was not aware that they were still being imported that late. For soem reason I thought they had been banned from import before that. I must have been wrong, which is good.
Doobie Doobie Doo..
I believe 94 was the last year they were allowed in. My TIGR (Tiger) version is dated 1994.
$6750 is really a bad price. With I had less irons in the fire, but with building a shop, clearing and de-stumpping after cutting timber, etc. I don't need to let loose the cash.
I have the CA TIGR, but would love to have the real one.
Yep, they are lovely...I have one, the government confiscated...and then I made the government give it back..to my son! They really are a fun gun but have become too valuable to shoot. I believe it was one for every 9th man in the Russian Infantry...usually with the silencer attached, their approach to snipers was a bit different than ours.
As I recall I paid $2,500 for ours back in 2004...almost as rare here as an FG-42.

Nice Chinese NDM-86.

I bought my Tiger back in 94' or 95' for $699 and about 3 months later traded my buddy out of his. When I got my Tiger the SVD was going for $2995. I really wanted one, but my daughter was in school at the time and there just wasn't the extra cash. I like my Tigers and I shoot one of them fairly regularly. The other is unfired from the factory. One of these days I am going to do an accuracy comparison after I finish the stock on my PSL...............................
Really sad to see what unconstitutional (illegal) firearm bans and blockades (ATF import bans) have done to the prices of our hobby.
