    I would be more inclined to go with a SIG 716.
    I sold all my guns and ammo, now I live the quiet retired life.

    My sentiments are with Insider. Why would I go with a Sig over Colt, because it isn't a Colt for starters. Second reason piston driven, I'm taking it that the Colt is still direct gas impingment. Colt has been an antigunner suckup firm as long as Ruger was and as far as I know still is. They cut the bayonet lugs off their front sight bases and blocked their receivers to garner favor with the Democrap antigunners.

    The price point and gas piston operated. Feature for feature compared to other 7.62 AR's the SIG is a best buy.
