    If you shop around you can build one of those for under $600 and it will probably be nicer.

    Ironwood Designs is working on a PSL type stock set to fit the VEPR. Should be available shortly. Plan on getting a set, should be interesting.

    Other than the 800 or so miles between us?

    Many moons ago I used to sponsor an annual shoot at a local range. Might have to have another get-together next spring, assuming the world doesn't come to an end in December.

    I see plenty of parts kits, but no barrels.

    Where can one buy a barrel?

    Something must be wrong with your mounting ... on a PSL or SVD, they hold zero very well

    you are from indiana right??? well i travel about 4 to 6 months a year to work and it is mostly in indiana, michigan, ohio.... etc. so probably would not be a big deal
